The winners of the 2024 Your Local Club Perfect Plate Awards have been revealed.
Two Eurobodalla clubs have finished 1-2 in the Clubs NSW Perfect Plate Awards.
Club Catalina took out the award for the Southern Tablelands and Far South Coast region.
The winning Catalina Restaurant dish was Black Angus Beef Fillet with Pressed Potatoes, Dutch Carrots & Cauliflower Cream.
That took the win just ahead of Blue Salt Dining at Club Malua’s Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Roulade.
Manager of the Catalina Club, Guy Chapman, said it’s a well deserved award.
“We had our marketing manager and head chef up at the awards night and everyone is just elated with the result,” Mr Chapman said.
“It’s very well received and very well deserved with the guys in the restaurant that do an absolutely fantastic job,” he said.
“Nice succulent Black Angus steak, I must admit I only had it for the first time last Friday with the red wine jus, it was tip top.”
