We also catch up with Wanderer Festival founder, Simon Daly, who provides some insights into some of the challenges facing larger festivals and medium-sized affairs in regional areas.

The NSW Government has this week announced funding to a support package for larger festivals but that won’t do much to help smaller sized festivals like the ones we have here on the Far South Coast.

If you’re keen to learn more about our local events, try a google search for the following festivals:

Cobargo Folk, Wanderer, Red Hot Summer Tour, Giiyong, Merimbula Jazz, Four winds, Candelo Village, Moruya Blues and Roots and NelliJam.
