Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions on the Kings Highway at Misty Mountain while the work site around the new eastbound overtaking lane is shut down for the Christmas break.
Work will pause from Friday 22 December 2023 to Monday 8 January 2024, weather permitting.
During this time, stop/slow traffic conditions will be removed, and one lane will be open in both directions to ensure safe and efficient travel for motorists throughout this busy holiday period.

The reduced speed limit of 60 km/h will remain in place for the safety of motorists.
