UNEARTHED Poster Exhibition for Heritage Festival
Narooma Historical Society celebrates this year’s National Trust’s Heritage Festival with a poster exhibition of 11 little known local stories ‘unearthed’ for the Festival. The Exhibition is in Narooma’s Lighthouse Museum until Sunday 18 May open seven days a week 7am-2pm.
“We’ve had some fun coming up with stories to appeal to all ages, visitors as well as locals, and working out how best to portray them,” said Historical Society President Laurelle Pacey.
Stories include ‘Message in a Bottle shows high hopes’, ‘When Narooma had a hospital’, ‘From Messines to Montague’, ‘Barunguba visits over thousands of years’, ‘Why the Kinema shines’, and ‘Tramway Bodalla to Wagonga Heads’.
Talk about exhibition Wednesday 30 April 10.30am. Book by email.
