This position is a permanent, part time role in the Community Development and Participa-tion team and based at the Moruya Administration Office. The successful candidate will plan and participate in the delivery of community development events and activities such as NAIDOC Week, Youth Week, Seniors Week and Children’s Week, providing advice and sup-port where appropriate. Your main duties will include: • Undertaking community development projects and activities that support Council’s strategic planning priorities and deliver positive outcomes that build resilience and capability in the community. • Assisting with the coordination of Council’s Aboriginal Advisory Committee and pro-mote and action the activities of the group. • Identifying, pursuing and implementing funding opportunities and partnerships that support Council’s strategic direction and add value to program provision.
