* Show leadership in the workplace * Supervise work routines and staff perfromance * Ensure department and/or Club is set-up and staff are prepared for service * Perform Club banking, reporting and other administartive functions; * Maintain a constant, visible physical presence in public areas during opening hours * Ensure compliance with licensing laws and company policy and procedure * Act as first point of contact in the absence of a senior management * Monitor business and staffing levels across alocatedl department/s * Direct, control and plan the activities of the bar and food areas * Monitor bar and gaming areas to ensure consistent, quality service and compliance with liquor licensing laws * Monitor beverage stock and use to minimise waste * Monitor sales and promote upselling and promotion to maximise profit * Provide hands-on support with bar set-up, cellar management and bar service as required
